Alright Alright facebook!
I already have a facebook account, but I use an alias, and I have no friends. I would like to keep it that way, because facebook is a complete waste of time. I used to be an active member when facebook was first on the scene. However, they booted me off because I was using the alias Assbook Finckelstein, and they threatened to kick me off unless I used my real name. So, off I went and created a new alias, no biggy for me. I was also worried when I herd that some companies will ask to look at your facebook profile to determine what kind of person you are, and whether they should hire you or not. Not cool! Also, police, use facebook to track down illegal parties. That
all said, so far with all the partying I do, I have managed to come out unscathed. I don't need any obstacle or evidence to ruin my professional life.

BATGIRL
So lately, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the crew from Rideau, because it's under renovations. I share my office with the lovely Alexandra, and she came in the other day with a bag that said batgirl was a librarian. I totally forgot that batgirl had a day job. I think that's the coolest thing. It beats the following personas of librarians....
I
n the public psyche, a librarian is a woman of indeterminate age, who wears spectacles; a person with either a timorous disposition or an austere disposition, wearing a long sleeved blouse buttoned to the neck; someone who loves silence, likes books, and suffers people. Librarians don't laugh. They are covered with a thin film of dust. They have pale skins, which, when touched (as if one ever could) might flake and prove to be reptilian scales."~ Alison Hall, "Behind the Bun, or Batgirl was a Librarian "
So, my question is "why do men like librarians so much"?
If we all looked like batgirl, then maybe. But common'.

PUBLIC ENEMY STRIKES BACK
So, my good friend Chris tried to post a comment, but I didn't have my settings right. He had some pretty good things to say about HIP HOP, so here it is....
yo, this is a very important blog post you just posted. I'll admit, i don't keep up with all the reading and braining ya'll do at the library but i'll be damned if you don't know the major and necessary musical concoction that is PE. so i wont take up too many lines acting like i live on some sort of high horse of hip hop (since i dont) but lets all keep in mind the members of the second greatest rap group ever. chuck d, flavour flav and terminator x supported by professor griff and the security of the first world (S1W) along with harry allen the media assassin (who i once met at radio station WBAI in new york) and of course the all important bomb squad. straight lampin'.
Thanks Chris.
You can also hear this musical genius on 93.1 CKCU FM on Mondays at 4pm
Who according to you is the #1 greatest rap group? I think for me it would be BDP but maybe not as influential as Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five.

HOLY CALAMETY
Hi!
So, I haven't added 9 RSS's yet because , I can't really think of 9 daily reminders that would be useful for me. However, what I do need is a reminder of who was in Public Enemy. I was driving with my friend Kerry the other day and we were listening to Public Enemy Apocalypse 91 the enemy strikes black. Great, great album. Kerry asked me who was in PE, and I was able to answer Flavor flav of course, but then I was stumped. I even mentioned Ice Cube as being a member of PE. What the?? Anyhoo, I need to sharpen up on my hip hop knowledge. Maybe, someone can send me a daily reminder about that, now that is useful.

Hi! Something strange happened. First I lost my previous post. Then I could only write in Hindi. I think my computer is possessed. I'm on my home computer and it started acting wacky after the first time I downloaded a movie.(don't tell anyone that I download movies). Anyways, thanks Joan for the nice comment, but unfortunately, it's lost in the abyss of computer data. Feel free to write some more, and tell your friends about me. Really enjoying the play more part of the seven lifelong lessons of learning.
bye
